Service Description
Interactive and totally hands-on, these young foodies are in for a delicious experience! We'll start with learning the basics of kitchen safety & sanitation, and then it's on to FUN & FLAVOR! Making fresh pasta will be first on our menu, which we'll use in our homemade Carbonara. Roasted Vegetable Skewers will be a perfect side dish, and we'll satisfy our sweet tooth with Italian Apple Cake! If time & skill level allow, a fourth recipe will be prepared. All students will receive either an apron or ballcap (based on availability) that will be theirs to keep. They'll leave class with the recipes in hand; let them show off their new skills while they make the family dinner! TWO DATES TO CHOOSE FROM: June 28th at 10:00am or August 1st at 10:30am. ALL CAMPS HAVE A (5) STUDENT MINIMUM.
