Service Description
Some of the greatest Italian food starts with P! After learning important safety and sanitation guidelines, you'll start kneading your hand-made dough, ultimately turning it into your own custom pizza! While they bake, you'll head to the stovetop to make creamy Two-Cheese Polenta. This group will make TWO sweet treats today; fresh fruit with a refreshing homemade Fruit Dip and Pizza Fritta (fried pizza dough) smothered in cinnamon & sugar! All campers will receive either an apron or ballcap (based on availability) and the days' recipes to take home! TWO DATES TO CHOOSE FROM: July 19th at 10:00am or August 15th at 10:30am. ALL CAMPS ARE A (5) STUDENT MINIMUM.
